Emma Chow: Being in nature - it's our greatest teacher when learning about the cycles of regeneration and the symbiotic relationships between the parts that make the whole function in such an elegant way.

Emma Chow: Diverse! Ranging from team meetings and project planning to internal strategy meetings and sharing thought leadership with industry players.
Independent Forums: What’s one thing about you that most people don’t know? Emma Chow: That my entry point into the food system work started while WWOOFing through Europe after university.
Independent Forums: What’s one thing about your organization that you wish more people knew?
Emma Chow: The personal stories of our team members who come from such a range of backgrounds and countries, all coming together and driven by a common mission to rethink our economy and redesign entire systems in ways that are going to work now and long term for people, nature, and business.
Independent Forums: Where do you see the biggest opportunity for transformation within the food system?
Emma Chow: Starting with redesigning food offerings to rethink not just how ingredients are produced (regeneratively), but which ingredients are selected in the first place.
Independent Forums: What are you most looking forward to at Future Food Systems 2022?
Emma Chow: The chance to exchange ideas!
