Judith Batchelar: The individuals and organisations who are driving the system changes we need to see. Acting systemically is hard to do and this involves hard yards to identify, engage and understand all stakeholder perspectives.

Judith Batchelar: A genuine sense of purpose to make things better for everyone at a global level.

Judith Batchelar: Multiple and varied topics, multiple stakeholder views, and trying to bring these together with a common vision and joined-up action plan.

Judith Batchelar: I am Chair of the Rugby Players Association.
